Information we receive

If you contact DSKY, we may receive your name, work email, organisation, phone number and the project information you choose to provide. The enquiry form on this site prepares either an email in your own email application or a copyable message for webmail; it does not send or store the form contents on the website.

How we use information

We use enquiry information to respond, understand your requirements, prepare proposals, deliver requested services and maintain relevant business records. We do not sell personal information.

Disclosure and storage

Information may be handled by service providers that support DSKY’s email, document or business systems. We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was provided, business administration, or applicable legal obligations.

Website services

We use Microsoft Clarity, a behavioural analytics service provided by Microsoft, to understand how visitors use this website, identify usability and technical issues, and improve our website and services.

Clarity may collect technical and interaction information such as pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, mouse movements, navigation activity, session duration, referring pages, browser and device information, and website performance information. Clarity uses this information to provide aggregated analytics, heatmaps and reconstructed session replays.

Clarity uses first-party and third-party cookies and similar technologies, including pseudonymous identifiers, to associate page views and website interactions with a browser or session. Content entered into input fields is masked by Clarity, and DSKY does not intentionally use Clarity to collect the contents of enquiry messages.

Information collected through Clarity is processed by Microsoft in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings and, where provided, through the website’s cookie preferences.

The website also loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. This requires your browser to connect to Google’s font services and may disclose technical connection information, such as your IP address.

You may ask to access or correct personal information DSKY holds about you, or ask a privacy question, by emailing help@dskytech.com.au.
